This Summer Holiday Course is to help athletes to gain or develop certain tumbles. Especially for athletes who are interested in attending our Try Outs in September and would like to develop certain tumbles to place higher. Athletes must be experienced tumblers for this class. 7-8.30pm- Level 2 to 3 Tumbles- Currently working on front and back handsprings or front and back tucks.
Camp notes
We recommend that athletes attend a minimum of 3 sessions to receive maximum benefit.
Please wear- Crop Top, shorts, leggings or t-shirt, with hair tied up
(No hoodies, jewellery, baggy clothes, chewing gum).
Tumbling will require bare foot.
Please bring a bottle of water, however there is a water fountain if forgotten.

Coach Shannon- Assistant Head Coach
Coach Stephanie- From Tup Gun Allstars in the United States
Coach Shakera- Level 5 athlete, training for 11 years.
Coach Chase- Athlete and Power Tumbler
